Orders
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves our studio.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders over $60. Express shipping is available at checkout. We ship from Berlin to most of Europe, the UK, and North America.
Returns
30-day no-questions-asked returns on unused items. Shipping is on us for the first return. See our cookie policy and privacy policy for related terms.
Warranty
Our hard goods (bottles, bowls, utensils) carry a lifetime workmanship warranty. If something breaks under normal use, we’ll replace it.
